The Zambia Federation of Employers has a full-time Secretariat which is headed by an Executive Director. The current staff structure requires 10 staff to run the Secretariat in the following positions:

2. Manager of Economics and Policy Analysis
3. Research and Marketing Manager
4. Financial Controller
5. Industrial Relations and Human Resources Officer
6. Assistant Financial Controller
7. Administrative Assistant
8.IT officer
9. Driver
10. Cleaner/Messenger
